Article 1.Purpose

Article 2.Membership Registration and Service Agreement

• 1.Membership registration is completed when the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and completes email verification.
• 2.Members must be at least 14 years old. If a member is confirmed to be under 14, their use of the Service may be restricted.

Article 3.Member Obligations

• 1.Stealing or unlawfully using another person’s personal information
• 2.Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party
• 3.Interfering with the operation of the Service
• 4.Engaging in activities that violate laws or public order

Article 4.Content Management

• 1.Copyright in content posted by members on the Service, including reviews, photos, and videos, belongs to the respective member. However, the member agrees that the Company may have a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use such content to the extent necessary to provide, operate, improve, and promote the Service.
• 2.The Company may delete or restrict the visibility of posts that fall under any of the following categories without prior notice and may report them to the relevant authorities when necessary.
  - Posts containing content unrelated to the purpose of the Service or false information
  - Posts that are illegal or infringe upon the rights of others
  - Posts containing pornography, hate speech, violent content, profanity, or other inappropriate content
  - Posts containing advertisements, spam, repetitive content, or other material that interferes with the normal operation of the Service
  - Posts that unnecessarily contain personal information, such as phone numbers, addresses, or bank account numbers
  - Posts that otherwise violate applicable laws or these Terms and Conditions
• 3.Even after a member withdraws from the Service, the Company may continue to retain and display posts made by the member to the extent necessary for operating the Service. However, if the member requests deletion of such posts before withdrawing, the Company will delete them to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• 4.If a post contains personal information, portrait rights, or other protected rights, the Company will take necessary measures in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws and may delete or make the post private upon request from the member or a third party.
• 5.Members may not upload or use posts, photos, videos, or other content belonging to others for which they do not hold the copyright or lawful right of use. Members shall bear all legal responsibility arising from any violation of this provision.
• 6.Members may report inappropriate content or users on the Service. After reviewing a report, the Company may take necessary measures, including deleting posts or restricting access to the Service.

Article 5.Star Ratings

• 1.Star ratings are provided to improve service quality and ensure fair reviews. Members must provide ratings honestly based on their actual experiences.
• 2.The Company may modify, restrict, or delete the relevant star rating and review in the following cases.
  - When the rating is confirmed to be false or manipulated
  - When the same member repeatedly submits ratings using multiple accounts
  - When the rating is confirmed to have been written in exchange for financial or material compensation
  - When the rating otherwise significantly undermines fair evaluation standards
• 3.Members’ star ratings may be used for statistical data and content management within the Service.

Article 6.Provision and Changes to the Service

• 1.The Company makes every effort to provide stable services.
• 2.The Service may be temporarily suspended due to unavoidable circumstances, such as maintenance, server replacement, power outages, or other operational necessities. In such cases, prior notice will be provided.
• 3.The Company may modify or terminate part or all of the Service and shall not provide separate compensation for such changes or termination.

Article 7.Account Management and Restrictions on Use

• 1.If a member violates these Terms or engages in illegal activities, the Company may restrict the member’s use of the Service or delete the member’s account.
• 2.Accounts that have not been accessed for an extended period may be placed into dormant status or deleted.

Article 8.Disclaimer

• 1.The Company shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters or other force majeure events.
• 2.The Company shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by circumstances attributable to the member.
• 3.The Company shall not be liable for the reliability, accuracy, or other aspects of information posted by members on the Service.

Article 9.Changes to the Terms

• 1.The Company may amend these Terms when necessary and will notify members of the amended Terms through notices within the Service.
• 2.Members who do not agree to the amended Terms may withdraw from the Service. If a member continues to use the Service after the changes take effect, the member will be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
